Shipping

• Turn around times
• Our current processing time is 7-14 business days. Please note this does not include shipping.
• Once your order has shipped you will receive a tracking number via email/SMS. 
• Please note due to Covid impacts we cannot guarantee shipping timeframes. Once your order has been shipped the turn around times are out of our hands.

• Shipping Costs
• Standard shipping is a flat rate of $12.95
• Express shipping $13.95
• Free standard shipping when you spend over $100

• International 
• We are not currently shipping overseas

 

Safety

Our products are not toys and should never be left with an infant or young child to play with.  These products should never be used or worn unsupervised, or while sleeping. 

 

Returns & Exchanges

We put lots of care and love into our products but however if your order arrives damaged or faulty please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will be happy to provide a refund or exchange. This will be subject to inspection.
